obviously i don't use this lot very often, i don't know when the problem has been, so i have had this problem the other day. i wasn't sure because the game is modded and i tried it without mods and yes the problem is not related to the mod. no matter how long i stay, not a single sim will come to lot.
edit: i have no problem at marker space. the problem is happening at community garden in my game. i haven't tried marketplace.
