So it's not the townies themselves, it's the way they quickly edited stuff to add them in every lot, they deleted other stuff by mistake I assume 😅

Thanks, yeah I mean that the idea wasn't that great to begin with, a pack shouldn't add a new NPC job role (adult couples going on dates) to every lot in the game, that's just asking for trouble. So this mistake was bound to happen and could very well happen in the future again.
We all do mistakes, but this mistake was caused by something that wasn't a good idea in the first place...
The community spaces seem to work properly now after the latest patch. I' ve just tested it with a vanilla game.
Thanks for letting us know. It does seem to be working better now - just tested it in a vanilla save too. Very happy - it's one of my fav lot types.
Brand new vanilla game. No mods. No CC. Created just to test to see if this was indeed fixed.

Improved, yes, but not fixed. Only had time to play a Makers Space.
Spent a few days there. The Role Sims are showing up, BUT the Lovestruck Couples are still ruining gameplay.
The constant churn through of couples means other NPC's don't turn up to use the objects. I get one or two who hang about, but the rest are churning couples. They come. They go. They come. They go. Over and over. Endlessly. Endlessly. Endlessly.
Lovestruck couples should not be showing up at all. Having lovestruck couples showing up everywhere is one of the worst ideas ever.
Going to a Maker Space was once one of my favorite Sim activities, now it's just annoying. It used to be a good place to work on skills and meet other Sims. Now it's just churn, churn, churn.
If this is the best they can do, it's not good enough.
Get rid of the lovestruck couples. It's not cute. It's not amusing. It's just annoying.
