[ECO] Messages for NAP being passed with Option turned off (1.109.185)

When NPC Voting is disabled in pack settings for game options, my sim still gets phone calls to vote on the action plans (see notification in top right corner of screenshot). When NPC voting was disabled this used to also disable the phone calls to vote, but not anymore.

Yeah, I get that on windows 11 too. They act just like normal but then no votes come in.

Same here on PS4. Got it all disabled but still get neighbours calling asking te to vote on N. A. P. S. but none are implemented after voting is closed for that week.

Happening for me too. Very annoying. Sims are calling all the time, asking me to vote, and passing NAPs even though the option is off in the settings.

I have got those phone calls too, though I have NAPs disabled. I think it doesn't activate NAPs though? At least I haven't noticed them becoming active.

Add me as a Me Too. NAPs are off but I still get calls to support a particular issue. If you say you don't vote you get the negative moodlet. Running Win 11.
Can I get put on the Do Not Call (about NAPs) registry? ;)
