[ECO] Recycled Fax Machine Window has blue outline

when using the Recycled Fax Machine Window from Eco Lifestyle a blue outline appears when zoomed in on the object (see image) and disappears when zoomed out.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing ?
