Employment Performance Bar Resets to Average

Did you test on all of these platforms ?

Yes, I have tested on all 3 platforms. X-box, Playstation and PC. Get the same result. Sims progress in their careers, but the very next day the progress reverts back to average. All at level 7 of their careers.

Does sound like the issue in that other thread.

Do you get a raise at all (without promotion) ?

The past week I've been playing, my sim's career performance has been decreasing randomly. I complete all the daily tasks, go to work with a positive mood, and select the work hard option every shift. Every time my sim gets to the excellent stage and right before I'm about to get a promotion, it randomly decreases all the way back to average performance. I've noticed it while playing with several careers, but most notably the politician career. It didn't seem to happen when I was playing the detective career and traveled to work with my sim, but when I sent them by themselves it did. Very frustrating.

sounds like you are supposed to get a promotion which you don't get.

Do you get any raises at all ? There's currently an issue with promotions.

Same thing here, I’m only missing 1 trophy for the writing career. Instead of getting a promotion, my sim only got a raise and now his performance bar keeps getting reset so I can’t get to the last level of his career. I hope they fix this soon, I’m only 1 trophy away from the platinum.

I posted separately regarding the inability to achieve "top of career" milestone, possibly because my YA had achieved that rank before I purchased Growing Together. (?) Also having issues with several other milestones on other age sims.  Things are definitely not in order, and the toddler stuff...ugh. 

Now, I've switched her from Secret Agent to Science track. She jumped from her initial hire (don't recall what it was) to Mad Scientist in one leap, but now....oh, now, I'm frustrated. Her job performance resets to average daily. If I follow her to work, I max out the task meter and see no movement on the performance bar until she leaves to go home, then there is a quick jump to the next better segment. I tried sending her solo and saw a marginal increase, and figured I'd fixed the issue by repairing my game (nope, didn't work) so I went with her on the next day, saving first just in case. As soon as she arrived, I checked and her performance had been reset. I exited without saving and upon loading in her performance was still reset. 
I haven't tried sending her solo for multiple days in a row...that's my next trial.
