To clarify: I never actually played or edited that lot. The only time I used it was when I briefly moved a household from the Gallery into the lot and then immediately evicted them. I did not build on it, save it, or actively play there.Weird. Seems they somehow corrupted the lot.
Unfortunately at this point I don't have time to look into it further. I set this to Review for EA to look into.
Please leave your save up a while longer.
