I’m having an infinite loading screen issue today with a lot that I’ve been playing on for several weeks.
It’s Johnny Zest’s old lot in Oasis Springs, Slipshod Mesquite, which I completely cleared out and then gradually rebuilt myself. It is not a lot downloaded from the Gallery.
I had been playing on it without any issues until today. My Sim traveled to another lot, and now he can’t return home — I get an infinite loading screen every time.
I can move the household to another lot, and that works. I can also edit the problematic lot in Build Mode, but afterwards I can’t go back to Manage Worlds, or even return to the Main Menu.
If I empty the lot or try to replace it with another lot, such as the original one, I get the same infinite loading screen. I can’t do anything with this lot anymore, and I can’t reset it either.
I tried loading my four most recent saves from today, but the problem occurs with every single one of them. The only save that works is from yesterday, but that means losing all of my household’s progress from today.
I never used any mods or Cc.
