Hi, I got that same error code after a sim in my household went to prom and then tried to travel back home. I had an inkling that it was from the Skillful Sleep perk that a different sim in my household had (my BE report kept saying "temporary clone situation"), so I moved that sim into a different lot, had her drink the Mastery Perk removal potion to get rid of the perk, moved the rest of the family off the lot, and then moved them back to the original lot. Closed the game and reopened it and I've been able to load into the save/lot and play with no issues so far!
