Had trouble getting the couple to perform vows at the arch. It says partner wasn’t near when they are both standing by the arch. Nothing was in the way. Had to restart game now for it to work?

i found a work around for this if you click on the sim you are trying to marry and go to romance exchange vows should be and option. so frustrating you can’t do it under the arch but at least you can get married.
I also found that to be the best alternative, unfortunately. The guests can't even take their seats properly :(
