Had trouble getting the couple to perform vows at the arch. It says partner wasn’t near when they are both standing by the arch. Nothing was in the way. Had to restart game now for it to work?

I currently just ran into this issue; I planned the wedding event, but it won't let me exchange vows. It will however let me elope, but that would ruin the event I planned. Is there a fix coming soon?
