I've seen the bug that does this when traveling, this might be the same or separate.
I went into CAS with 1 Sim and the exited it. The game then asked me for all teens (3) if they should leave school. One ( the first one) just arrived home without even the pop up, making her miss half her school day. You can see her in the background, already at home.
Game is updated and only using Better Exceptions, no other mods.
Not updated for today ( 1/7) yet. I have all packs, except the latest kits.
Playing on PC.
