I have been having the same issue all of a sudden. I do NOT use CC or mods ad never have, and this appears in game for all glasses and all ages. In CAS mode everything looks fine, it's only in Live mode where it's an issue. I do play on laptop mode and have for years, but it has never been an issue before. After turning off Laptop Mode and repairing the game, the issue is still persisting.
