[BDK] Fabulously Filthy: Cooking meals on filthy floor doesn't fulfill

does your Sim have the carefree trait ? Seems that can also cause the issue.

I am having this issue as well. I had to cheat to get past the first part of the aspiration because apparently my sim being "Laid back" (never tense) from the beach aspiration prevents her becoming tense and therefore prevents the game recognising the house floor level as dirty. Is the same thing happening in the second level of the aspiration? I'm cooking meals but not getting any credit for cooking on a dirty floor level. She's uncomfortable from filthy surroundings but not tense.

This happened to me the last time (and only other time) I tried to complete this aspiration.  I have cooked like 15+ meals on a filthy floor, and my sim is lazy, slob, gloomy.  Very frustrating as I created this sim specifically to complete this aspiration.  Also, the filth fiends keep starting fires, I almost lost my child sim lol.

I had this issue too and found my game wanted certain very specific things to be dirty. I had food out to spoil, the floor level said filthy, and still it wasn’t completing.

What finally did it for me multiple times with different sims/households now is telling rhem to empty an indoor trash can and then cancelling it so they drop it on the floor. 

Sometimes I had to do this a couple times but then when cooking it checked off that aspiration task. I haven’t tested it but I wonder if having dirty laundry piles on the floor would also work or not.
