Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

I have updated my game, the hot fix of March 18th, and my game still doesn't launch with cc installed. I still get the message "Failed to launch game" when cc is installed.

For those of you still encountering this issue, could you share your Electronic Arts folder to help us investigate this further?

You can find this folder under Documents-> Electronic Arts.
