One of my sims has Fear of a Dead End Job. The tooltip on the active fear (Complete a Day of Work Ready for New Challenges) says to click on the sim and choose Regain Passion, but Regain Passion is nowhere on his pie menu. (He also has a fear of fire, but that isn't his active fear.)
