*fixed*UI Bugs when opening the Simology Panel for teen/child-July 23rd Patch

I was having the problem that many have had when kids and teens, ones that I have had for a long time, had a buggy simology panel.  Once I clicked on this I could not get much of anything to work.  The worst one not being able to get the option panel to open to save the game.  I removed all mods, did several repairs, started a new game and had the same issue with most (but not all) kids and teens.

I read others saying it was related to the Parenthood pack.

I disabled the Parenthood pack and so far things are working again.  I hope this bug gets fixed soon.
