Floating diamond shaped lights hanging out in lots spawn point like UFO’s

Yes, that does look like the same thing, although I have seen this happen in multiple locations, it is not a world specific issue. 

Could you lost the packs you own (you don't need to list kits). You can also post the packs you don't own if that's less.
