Basically what the title says, whether I try to go to a lot through "manage worlds" and edit, or have a played sim visit the lot, once the lot is loaded in it is essentially bulldozed. No items, no landscaping. Before loading the lot, the lot appears normal on the world view or from the view of other lots in the same neighborhood, the exteriors of buildings are still intact, parks are still stocked, etc. But once I load the lot, its deleted, and if I go back to world-view or a different lot, the previously loaded lot remains bulldozed.
On top of this, once I try to load into a second lot in the same neighborhood, the items from the rooms of my most recently played households house take up space in the neighborhood, not just on the lots, but all over. So far I am only experiencing this in base-game worlds. I have had my sims try traveling to the worlds of expansion packs and so far have had no problems with lots deleting themselves (most recently tried the Life and Death lots and Grow Together lots and had no issues).
The image included below shows my sim at her second lot-load attempt in this neighborhood on the right, which has now been bull-dozed from loading it in, with her house splayed all over the the first lot she tried to load in on the left, which is not her home lot. You can also see that the lot between the two bulldozed lots appears still intact, and that is because she hasn't tried visiting it yet. Once she does, it will delete also.
Regarding the items from her house loading in, it reminds me of the other bug going on the last few months where festival/event items are not disappearing from neighborhoods in San Myshuno, which is a bug I am also experiencing which I saw they are working on a patch for. I'm curious to see if that patch will affect anything of what I'm experiencing with this, though I don't recall when it is expected to drop. I will update this post if it does change anything.
