Are you on PC? And have you tried to add someone new and see if that triggers it? Mine just reappeared and not sure if I did something different or not. I had just gone to gallery to find a lot and then discovered all were visible again. I hope yours works out soon as well because I know I missed mine a lot. As a non-builder I loved having my favs in one place.

PC. I added like 30 people but my follower list is still zero. Also yes favoriting new item triggers favorited items but you lost older liked ones after that, only newer liked items can be seen.
