Followers & Followed People Missing

I made what was probably my 30th Help Ticket about the gallery missing Follows and Followers. I did get my Follow list back for 8 days until it all went to Anonymous again. 

The help desk suggested clearing the cache and stuff. I have done this of course! I made the suggestion to give us the gallery that worked BEFORE they redid it. Give us back the News. Give us back to challenge ourselves with Followers and see our friends works with follows. 

Their answer was basically not unless more people want it. They broke it but they do not want to fix it. Mind you, I paid for my Sims 4 game. I paid for all its features along with it. The new players would not know about features such as the News. Since they have their lists, they wouldn't care about this issue. So, there we have it. 

They are not going to fix it.

I cannot delet 2 friends from the GALLERY.

Both show 0 following yet they are showing there.

Nothing in their gallery and I cannot delete them.

It may not get the votes because many of the people affected by this are the ones who BOUGHT there game and had the revamped gallery. Like I said, 3 years. 

Same here, exactly the same situation. It's been a few years now and consideration to this would be very much appreciated please 😊

This has been ongoing for 3 years now. It may not seem like a big deal but I have friend on my follow list and now I can't find. My follows list is Anonymous. I have over 6000 followers but again it shows zero.

I would like to some attention be paid to this situation. I paid a lot of money to get the original game and I own every pack. Pleasse Help!

Just a quick update as I seem to have more anonymous friends i follow  now than before. However some show no uploads so I am guessing they have perhaps left the sims, some I manage to recognize from their avatars but some have no avatars any longer.

Happily most I follow regularly are still there which makes me happy. 😍  I really missed them when they were  missing.

Exact same for me except I've been playing since 2018. Since the August update 2025, my follower count is stuck at zero. I also have a high end gaming laptop. I've voted and commented on 2 other similar reports but no fix yet. Not enough people have voted so it hasn't garnered enough attention.

I have the same issue and it started with the update before the release of the fairy pack. My followers count is stuck at zero.

The count is scorned by many but it is important to me and it is who I am.

Followers count will tell me how well I am doing. Download counts don't interest me as many people DL to just view my creation (builder by the way) out of curiosity and may not like it enough to follow me for more of the same. 

How can I improve if I don't know how many followers I have? I haven't uploaded since Aug 27th because it is pointless.

yes i miss the gallary that had how mwny followers and who i follow on the home page now the gallery just dont work anymore :{

Hi, normally when you click on the gallery and go to your account you can see your username and bio and highlighted creations and everything and you're supposed to see your stats (likes and downloads of other people) , but i haven't been able to see them in months. Like the place where its supposed to appear (so top right corner i think) is just blank for me. Does anyone know how to fix this?🤔
