[FR] [CoL] Farm Animals in Rental Neighbours' homes run away

In my current save I have a residental rental that also works as a horse ranch/farm. The family that owns the ranch also owns the the animals and then rent out some rooms to relatives of theirs....

I have the same problem. Did this issue get a solution? Animals are not taken care of by the owner of the same while playing a tenant partition of a residential rental lot. The link to another post about this further down in this thread doesn't work.
