[FR] Five Star Property Owner: Maintenance event doesn't tick off

Im also having this exact same issue. Even when doing a maintenance task and completing it on my tennants property it says that it wasn't completed. My sim also lives in a rental herself and there the maintenance tasks do complete. I use mods (mccc, UI-cheats, childbirth mod by Pandan and cc), but I also had this problem after taking all cc and mods out my game. I play on a laptop. Idk if I can help this getting fixed in any way, I'm willing to provide additional information if needed.
