[FR] Justly Evicting and Still Getting Fined (patch 1.112.519)

This is still happening. Rent also rarely ever shows up and never in the correct amount. The days left in lease never count down either.

This just happened to me. Tenant repeatedly broke a rule, and I Justly Evicted him. And now, about a week later, I've gotten the Eviction Settlement notification that I'm being fined for "unlawful eviction practices".

Just had this happen to me too 11.7.25

Justly Evicted Household during Grace Period, got fined afterwards. This has happened a few times now during my recent playthrough, including other bugs/odd features like:

1. Tenant Revolt - despite talking with Tenants, it says I failed to do anything about it and my ratings went down.
2. Rent Payments - not getting paid the correct amount of Simeleons per week from the household. (I recently got 500 for a whole week, when the rental cost was 500 per day.)
3. Loosing Friendship over Just Evictions - tenants getting angry at my Sim despite either breaking lease themselves or getting Justly Evicted.

So I have been having an issue with my sims 4 game in the for rent pack where I will justly evict someone and I get notified about unjustly eviction how can I fix this
