[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
-  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- What exactly happens when you try ? Do you not have the option ? Routing failures ?

I also have this issue - no mods, on Mac, the option simply doesn't exist

Same issue. No mods or cc. Just started happening after the update :/. The interaction to perform inspections or maintenance isn’t even available. Also I have to toggle to build mode then back to live mode to see my owned residential rentals . Like WTF!

I'm having the same issue on pc, after this recent November patch 😡😡😡

Gotta love bugs, when one is fixed another one follows suit. I am experiencing an issue with my sim owning a rental with tenants and can't inspect appliances to maintain the rental star ratings unless a tenant event happens or if theres a rental event. This needs as usual, a fix. I took out my mods and cc and I did a repair and a localcache deletion and nothing worked 💯

I’m having the same issues since newest update. PlayStation 5 & PlayStation Portal, no mods, no cheat codes. 

I’m having the same issue after the update. On Mac no mods or cc. 

I am having this issue too after recent patch 1.119.109.1020

I had no issue before.

I have all dlc installed, no mods and play on pc.
