My simmer can't as a landlord do inspection and maintance after the new update 5/11.2025.
Which now means i can't become a five star landlord.

I own a rental property and the lot type is correctly set to Residential Rental. Tenants have already moved in, and I can visit the unit normally. However, when I try to perform an Inspection & Maintenance check for the aspiration, the interaction does not appear on any object.
No sinks, toilets, showers, ovens, or any other appliances show the “Do Inspection & Maintenance” option. I cannot complete the inspection because the interaction is missing entirely, even though I am on the rental lot and inside the tenant’s unit.
I am having the same issue for Xbox. Does EA have a fix for this yet?
