I DO NOT USE MODS. Remaining lease on all my rental properties won't decrease. When a new tenant is put in, it will go down 1 day then will go back up to the original lease period after 1 sim day. E.g Will have a 7 day lease, will say 6 days remaining then will go back go 7 days remaining then will not decrease after that. I am unable to 'justify' evict or increase rent.
I have tried clearing cache, changing career of sims, starting In a new world with new sim, putting lease length up and down, Restarting the game and logging in and out of the EA app. nothing has helped. I also didn't use any cheats and still nothing.
I've tried googling for solutions and don't seem to be the only one with the problem. I spent days building and saving to make the property high value yet I cant even play the pack properly

Also having this issue. Lease length got down to 5 days the back up to 7 overnight.
BTW is clicking on "like" the same as the old "me too?"

Ugh! I want to increase rents on my highly-rated units and this lease glitch means risking tenant relationships and satisfaction.
