All my leases have frozen at their max and are not counting down.

I'm playing with the Sims 4 "For Rent" game installed. Every time the lease agreement reach 2 days left of the rental agreement lease it starts back to 7 days and I'm not able to increase to max rent. I have no mods installed.
Fix it please.
