Tennant left, was only allowed to have max £5 rent. I went and moved an item in build mode, this reset the value enough for me to fill at better rent rate. But then has defaulted back.

I’ve recently noticed I have a low max rent again with the rent being 2-3 instead of 500. I’ve also noticed I can only rent out to 10 sims between different lots before I can’t click on fill vacancy. If any one know how to fix this
