[FR] 'Not Expanded to OPS' when trying to place roof/Deleting floor on rental

Its back... took out my relatively small mod folder and made sure I disabled CC and Script mods in the game settings just to be 100% sure it wasn't a conflict from any CC/script, relaunched the game ...

To replicate just make a residential rental, with a roof, then load a unit as a household and then try editing the roof, it'll throw an error. Why do these issues need info when the info is right here.
