[FR] 'Not Expanded to OPS' when trying to place roof/Deleting floor on rental

Its back... took out my relatively small mod folder and made sure I disabled CC and Script mods in the game settings just to be 100% sure it wasn't a conflict from any CC/script, relaunched the game ...

I've just started playing as a landlord and have come across this problem as well - bit of a nuisance when you think of alterations to make after tenants have moved in.
