[FR] Objects randomly catch on fire after solved cursed book event

After getting the For Rent pack recently, things in my Sim's home start combusting randomly a bit after destroying the cursed book? I can't go 10 minutes without several fires? Some are like electric...

My partner, who plays on Xbox, is having this same issue. It began after a cursed book event was triggered, but she was unable to get rid of it because the book spawned in an unrented unit. She's moved lots and placed a completely different build, but random objects are still randomly catching fire every few minutes. It's made the game unplayable.
