[FR] Objects randomly catch on fire after solved cursed book event

After getting the For Rent pack recently, things in my Sim's home start combusting randomly a bit after destroying the cursed book? I can't go 10 minutes without several fires? Some are like electric...

In my save file the fires happened with my sim that moved to another’s family to another house. It was happening no matter what - another family, another lot - didn’t help. Only moving to the fresh new save worked.
