[FR] Objects randomly catch on fire after solved cursed book event

After getting the For Rent pack recently, things in my Sim's home start combusting randomly a bit after destroying the cursed book? I can't go 10 minutes without several fires? Some are like electric...

Also having this issue since the cursed book event. I could never find it. Now I have fires every sim hour and it's unbearable. I've played this legacy save for 5 years.
