I’m experiencing this issue as well, and honestly, it has made me stop playing the game altogether. I know it sounds dramatic, but it really breaks immersion, especially since I play on realism. The whole point of the expansion is TO RENT properties, yet the Rental Lots still show $0, and the bills remain $0 no matter what I try. I’ve already started a new game, reinstalled and repaired the game. Nothing works! Please fix this!
