Hi, when I check the mailbox after leaving the game (or moving to "manage households") and then going back to it, rent is 0 simoleon. I'm talking about rental apartments from the for rent expansion. How can I fix it and does anyone else has encountered this issue ?

I have recently purchased the rent expansion pack and this have been the worst bug experienced thus far. I've tried to play as a rental property owner and I have yet to receive rent from the tenants. When I play as one of the tenants, and click on bills, the rent shows $0. On multiple occasions I have repaired the game, restarted and NOTHING HAS WORKED! I WANT MY MONEY BACKKKKK!!!!!!
Having the same issue! I also noticed it's showing $0 for bills in San Myshuno apartments but they still pay the correct amount when bills are due, so it's just showing $0 for everything in bills information.
I'm having an issue where my rent is 0 in both residential rentals from For Rent and the rentals in City Living. After a short while the landlord threatens to repossess my stuff since I haven't paid rent. This happens in old and new saves and with and without mods. I've tried repairing the game with no success.
I’m experiencing this issue as well, and honestly, it has made me stop playing the game altogether. I know it sounds dramatic, but it really breaks immersion, especially since I play on realism. The whole point of the expansion is TO RENT properties, yet the Rental Lots still show $0, and the bills remain $0 no matter what I try. I’ve already started a new game, reinstalled and repaired the game. Nothing works! Please fix this!
I never get rent when renting or pay when paying rent , iv done every single thing could try , kinda makes the whole for rent pack useless and it's one of the best packs :(
I'm on pc yes I repaired restarted new save re-downloaded, everything's been tried with no luck sadly. It says rent should be say "70" a day but nothing ever gets paid or owed.
I am having a similar issue. I play on PC with no mods or cc. It will charge tenants for water and power but no rent. See image attached. It shows that the rent should be $166 per day. However, when bills become due, $0 is charged for rent. I truly hope they are working on a fix. I love playing with apartments, but this makes any For Rent apartment no fun to play.
RENT ALWAYS 0, why is this such an on going issue for everyone , like fix the bug?? Everything updated, no mods , game fixed re-downloaded tried everything just like multiple people have , so why is one of the best bought pack features not working?? Update after update and there's no fix yet? Comeon lol this has been a issue for how long for so many , your busy pumping out fairies but can't fix existing packs it makes no sense to me ??
I am also having this problem in the new save file I created. I do play with mods but judging by other comments this seems to be an issue outside of that. When I hover over the rental units/go to move in the rent shows up as normal but when bills are delivered rent is always $0. Like others said, this is really frustrating as making money to pay bills is a huge part of game play.
