Teen can’t pay rent. Rent was collected from roommates. Went to pay rent, no option on mailbox. Property owner notification popped us saying 24 hours notice to pay rent. Checked phone, mailbox, computer and in person interactions and still couldn’t pay rent. I don’t use mods. Game is upto date.

could you explain what you mean by rent was collected from roommates ? Do you mean room mates from the Uni pack ?
To be sure, this is for For Rent units and you're playing as a tenant ?
yes, in this case I am using the Uni pack and For Rent Units. Uni for the “roommates” which meant to type housemates and For Rent for the Unit aspect. The teen was at school when the housemates paid board/rent to me, so I can’t comment on the interaction.

I'm guessing the room mates are unrelated and the option might simply not be there for teens.
