Did they move out on their own for you or did you evict them ?
For completions sake could you please add tags for mod usage (if you use any or not) and your platform. Thank you.
I just tried the workaround by creating a sim to move in (had to add two rooms because it shows two units). Moved the new sim into the first unit, bought the rental with my original sim and then evicted the new sim successfully. Still could not change lot type because it said I still had a tenant in the other room. Traveled to the other room and tried to evict the NOBODY that was there, but the game did nothing. Still stuck with a phantom nobody tenant and cannot change the lot type still.
