Hello,

I am facing an issue in Sims 4 For Rent where I cannot change the Lot Type due to "a present tenant" in my residential rental. The problem is that there are no visible tenants in my lot?! It's empty!

Because the game thinks there are tenants, I cannot bulldoze the lot, I can't evict them, and the mailbox gives no reset option. I have repaired the game via EA and tried different fixes from online, but nothing works. I would appreciate your help to fix this issue.
