[FR] Tenants wont pay rent

I am on PC and having this issue as well. Leases reset to original lease period when the game is exited and rent is never paid. It's been happening for about 5 sim weeks in game now and I can't seem to fix it no matter what I do. I've tried evicting and resetting tenants and even tried a 5 day lease and that still didn't seem to work. Now I've mostly just given up on getting rent and am thinking about just selling my rentals. I have 3 rentals, 4 units total with a total of $5,300 a day in rental income I'm supposed to get that isn't coming through.
