Adding a 6th rental unit just changes the color of the 5th unit. Added a screen recording to the attachments.
I removed all mods and cc and restarted the game and this still happens.

I had a lot with 6 rental units. Demolished the units so I could redo the lot, but when I tried to create more units, it only allowed two. If I keep trying to create a new unit, the second unit just changes colors.
this game is too **bleep** expensive for basic functions to not be functional.

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
