it is happening to me to, and we can't really give you more info not being rude but give me 3 examples for more info that we can gather. We can't really give you guys more because this is how it is happening open sims 4 ad close ad grayish screen exit through task manager. in the screen shot that is what my screen looks like after I close the ad then I can't click on anything
