If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your Electronic Arts folder as well as a video of this happening?

Yes, this is happening with the current version of the game. All DLC, current version including recent patch and the Fall wear kit. I first ran into this after the recent patch when my mods folder was removed and I ran a repair game with cleared cache. I always do this when a new patch is released in case it might help avoid corrupted saves with I've had issues with for long-running save files.

I believe myself and some others have sent photos. Do you have sufficient documentation?

Since reporting this, I have been just playing my game off WiFi which 'resolves' it because it can't load the promo model at all.

Is this being looked into already?

If it's not going to be fixed soon you should make users aware they can circumvent by playing offline. (which sucks, no gallery access or event, but you can at least press play). After a certain point, people are not going to keep trying if they can't load their game at all.
