Gallery doesn't have results/Slow/No Connection

The gallery works somewhat okay again, but it's far from perfect and what it was before you started messing with AI so I would not label it as fixed at all. There are many timeout issues and false positives of corrupted entries to deal with.

I see this is labelled as fixed and I'm currently having this issue so is there a solution anywhere? The past 3 days I've opened the game the gallery is just infinitely loading and I've tried uninstalling, checking WIFI, checking files etc and nothings changed. This is really disappointing and it's annoying me because I have just bought few expansion packs that I am yet to play with because my gallery won't load.

it shows “ no results “ after i search a couple things after a while gallery stops searching for items . It don’t happen every time i play but happens pretty often 

Yes i play on pc with mods & cc . 

I will provide it if I can keep my mods in.

Hello positivelycatty​, as you can see in the post above this particular issue is currently in the "Needs More Info" stage.

Affected users are being asked to provide their Tray files with the team. Please see the pinned reply.

This is still happening to me after the most recent update. Can you guys PLEASE prioritize this for the next update, or even a hotfix? It makes the gallery unusable when it goes down after literally one search.

Have this bug too. Gallery works fine for an hour but afterwards it'll load for a long time then say 'no results found'. Only way to fix this is restarting the game. I've had this bug for months and any 'fix' that's been put out clearly doesn't work.
