crinrict Yes. I also completely factory reset my laptop and downloaded a fresh version of the EA app and sims 4 and the issue is still occurring

Mine seems to be ok for now, I deleted and resaved all my households to the gallery again and haven't had any problems so far! thanks 🙂
My problem was fixed and later came back again...
