Cannot select all kits at once and when trying to select on at a time the gallery freezes and is extremely slow to select individual kits to add to the search. Impossible to find content made using kits. Interface is bugged.

This might be on purpose because there are so many but I'll check with a Community Manager.
Are you using mods/cc and what platform are you on (for the lags). Selecting them is working fine in my game but there are other reports of lagging and slow gallery.

no mods/cc. I’m playing on Mac. The search feature is also not showing items when searching by item name. Items are mostly still in the gallery but very hard to find with a few exceptions.
the gallery is also not showing the kits I have purchased and I download a lot that I know I own all the kits it tells me I do not have the content installed. Under "View Content by" none of my kits are checked off as being owned. I play on an asus laptop, no mods and no cc.
It's extremely frustrating. I own about half the kits and I have to manually go through every one to find what I own. And when I do it doesn't even search properly anyway. It'll come up with lots that have other packs, and I'll select only these and it'll come up with nothing. The new update has also made it annoying to try and see what items are in the build, as it bundles everything together instead of sorting by pack. I do not want to see owned and unowned items, I want to see items by each individual pack.
Recently, after the last download, whenever I go into the Gallery to look for a lot, build, or Sim. All of the kits are unchecked. I own every kit except the Sponge Bob kits. When selecting, I kept getting a notice that not all items were available if I download the items. When I checked, I saw that all kits were unselected. I clicked every kit and the message went away. I placed a lot, then went to look for another, all the kits were unchecked again.
I removed all my mods and cc. The problem is continuing. I'm on PC, completely up to date.
It keeps happening. Is this happening to anyone else?
No mods and no cc currently installed. Using an Omen slim gaming laptop. I own every kit except 2, and it is frustrating because the gallery keeps saying I content isn't installed for items I know I have. Somehow, I don't believe that Spongebob is the reason that message keeps coming up.
