I want to add:

Windenburg - Harbor Quarter: blocked by the wall on the opposite side of the street - depending on the building height, completely or partially

Windenburg - Quad Manor: blocked by building items from the opposite building

Windenburg - South Square Coffee: blocked by building items from the opposite building & surrounding deco buildings
