Game crashes by leaving CAS or loading a lot

My game crashes when I leave CAS or when I want to go to a lot with a household. I have the error both with and without mods. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I created new folders, everything worked once without mods, then I had the same problem again. Without the new Lovestruck pack, everything works perfectly with and without mods.
