Game crashes when saving custom tattoo

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

I am on a Mac and I do have a couple of mods and some CC

All issues in the bug forum must be tested on a vanilla game.

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

This happened to me too and I do not have any cc installed

Hello good evening, I'm noticing that the game is crashing every single time I try to save a tattoo. Anytime a sim is giving another sim a custom tattoo and I try to save any part of the tattoo during/after creation in CAS- the game immediately crashes completely. It freezes for like 2 seconds and then bloop. I don't know if it is related to the recent update as I was able to save a tattoo earlier today however I am now unable. I have restarted the game several times to try again and it does the exact same thing each time. I've restarted my pc, I've repaired the game within the EA app, etc. but the issue is still persisting. I don't use nor have I downloaded any mods or custom content ever. And everything seems to be functioning fine from a system standpoint. I've never had my game definitively crash anytime I try to do any one particular thing, and over and over again as well...and it's really getting in the way of me playing so I thought I'd try to report the issue here. I hope this issue can get noticed and start getting resolved soon, I have way too many good tattoo ideas I need to execute and if I don't get them all out of my head soon, I might explode...and I like to save each part of any tattoo I make as I go because of OCD reasons but also so that I can give the same tattoo/parts of tattoos to certain bestie sims...okay that is all, thank you. Oh also- I think I already said but again- I am playing on PC.

Both: still happened when cc were removed.

I'm also having this crash issue when making tattoos. I play vanilla on PC (no mods, no cc). I just updated my graphic card drivers, restarted my pc, and reproduced the crash.

This has been happening to me on PS5, spent a good while working on some tattoos and it crashed when I went to go save it.
