Game freezes constantly

Edit: this post seems to have been placed under a different post regarding issues after an earlier update. However, the update I was referring to was the juli 10th update. When the latest expansion was released and the game and all dlcs were updated on Xbox. Before that update I had not experienced this issue. 

Additional info: all expansion packs except for "for rent" and "businesses and hobbies" have been installed, as well as all game packs except for "dine out".

Ever since the latest update the game continually freezes when doing anything that requires the slightest bit of effort. I first noticed the issue while working on a lot in Copperdale, which kept freezing when I tried to place a light on the ceiling. I cleared the Xbox series X console cache by doing a power cycle, which seemed to resolve the issue.

However the very next day the game froze up again, forcing me to to once again clear the cache. This time it did not fix the issue, and it began to freeze while doing something as simple as zooming in on the lot. 

The game has now become unplayable, and no amount of cache clearing or reinstalling seems to resolve the issue.

I am also noticing a significant increase in loading times ever since the update. 

Please fix this ASAP.
