I have encountered this a few times now, I have recently got back into sims so It could have been since the update, but when in live mode, If I ask my sim to do something its absolutely fine, but if my sim autonomously does something it seems to repeatedly appear in her task list.
It spams my game with the same task repeatedly and I cannot seem to get rid of it which is stopping me from being able to play. I have to physically reset my sim using cheats, and if that doesn't work I have to entirely reset my whole game and reload it.
This is making me just simply not want to play because I cannot get my sim to do anything as by the games logic/coding she has hundreds of tasks already lined up.
This has been happening to my game during social interactions.
